CashCare sites and audiences

• cashcareexchange.com is the consumer and public cash-price directory.
• cashcareaccess.com is the provider and business access surface.

HealthIT is the verified legal business operating CashCare under the Cash Care Exchange DBA. healthit.com remains HealthIT's corporate website; it is not a CashCare marketplace address.

Information we use

• Search filters and page interactions needed to show and improve marketplace results.
• Basic technical data such as browser type, device class, referring page, and aggregated performance measurements.
• Structured platform support, feedback, or complaint selections, an optional reply email, the CashCare project tag, source page, and an opaque reference number. The web form has no free-text field.
• Provider-business application and listing information submitted through the separate provider surface.

We do not sell personal information.

Do not submit health information

Do not provide symptoms, diagnoses, medications, medical-record numbers, insurance identifiers, dates of birth, treatment requests, or other patient-specific clinical information. CashCare is not a patient portal, scheduling system, medical record, clinical service, or emergency channel. Content controls may reject prohibited submissions.

If you need care, contact the listed provider directly. For an emergency, call 911 or use the appropriate local emergency service.

Why we use information

• Operate search, comparison, listing, correction, and customer-service functions.
• Protect the service from abuse and duplicate submissions without storing raw IP addresses in CashCare rate-limit records.
• Measure reliability and improve the consumer experience.
• Verify and maintain provider-business listings and price provenance.
• Comply with law and protect the service, consumers, providers, and HealthIT.

Service providers, retention, and security

HealthIT uses contracted infrastructure providers for hosting, database, analytics, and customer-service delivery. They receive only the information needed to perform those functions. CashCare does not process consumer healthcare payments or collect provider payment information during free Beta Testing. No card, checkout, activation fee, or recurring subscription is enabled.

We retain operational records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, dispute handling, security, and legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and corrections

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, or report an inaccurate listing, through the CashCare customer-service page. Include the opaque reference number when available and do not include PHI.

Children and changes to this notice

CashCare is a general-audience price directory and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this notice as the pilot changes; the effective date above will change when a material revision is published.
